OTP Bank Nyrt among the top 5 banks in the European Union in terms of solvency
Europe assesses the solvency of its financial system, highlighting in second place in terms of information provided by the Committee of Banking Supervisors of the European Union, the leading Hungarian bank OTP Bank Nyrt, as the European body that best resist a situation of high stress as the one that would have serious TIER 16.2%. On 31 December the index stood at 13.8%. In first position is Banca March and behind the Hungarian bank OTP Bank, PKO Bank Polski stress, BBK, and Barclays.
