Audi signs a strategic agreement with the Government of Hungary
BUDAPEST, February 26, 2013
The German car manufacturer Audi has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Hungarian government, to mark the twentieth anniversary of the establishment of the signing of the four rings in the Hungarian country.
The objectives of the agreement between the subsidiary of Volkswagen Executive and Hungarian are promoting dual training, university cooperation, research, development and innovation, and ensure the jobs.
Audi was established in 1993 in Hungary, where it has a factory in Györ. Since then, the company has made in these facilities totaling 23.6 million over 580,000 engines and cars.
The company produces models in Hungary TT, TT Roadster and A3 Cabriolet, which will be added this year the RS3 Sportback. To make the new model, the facilities have expanded to four million square meters, and is expected to grow employment from 9000 to 15,000 direct and indirect jobs.
