Hungarian Krisztian Pars pitcher won Olympic gold in hammer throw Sunday at the Olympic Stadium in London on a tight end attended by Olympic champions past Olympic Games.

Krisztian Pars beat the old guard of the hammer throw. Primoz Kozmus, Koji Murofushi and Szymon Ziolkowski, gold in Beijing, Athens and Sydney respectively, were present at the meeting of the British capital.
Two former champions, the Slovenian Primoz Kozmus (silver) and Japan's Koji Murofushi (bronze), got a foothold on the podium. Meanwhile, Szymon Ziolkowski Polish did not catch a good performance and finished seventh.
Only eight pitchers came into the latest releases, which were used to elucidate the bottom drawers of the podium. Krisztian Pars (80.59) remained on top for their third release. Koji Murofushi tried it (78.71), but Primoz Kozmus (79.36) surpassed him in the absence of a pitch to complete the final six.
