The growth forecast of 0.3% provided by the European Commission finally has reached an overall eurozone growth of 0.2%, well below expectations, according to preliminary data confirm published May 15, 2014, the office Community Statistics, Eurostat.
Must be noted as a positive fact that the economies of central Europe have obtained a higher expected growth:
Hungary and Poland grew by 1.1%, the highest figure in the EU and Slovakia 0.6%, according to the spokesman pointed out.
