Istanbul, Paris and Budapest have the highest returns in November
Istanbul was the capital of Europe with the highest hotel rates increase in November, followed by Budapest and Paris.
According to the latest HotStats prepared by TRI Hospitality Consulting, despite a 1.5% drop in occupancy, Istanbul raised its average rate was 17.6% in November, which represented an average of 193.97 euros.
In the case of Budapest grew 8.4% and 6.1% in Paris. In both there was an increase in employment, 7.7% for the French capital and 4.9% for the Hungarian city, which contributed to a significant increase in RevPar -165.83 and 60.18 euros, respectively -.
Paris and Budapest, favored by the events

Barcelona reaches 80 euros in RevPar
The only Spanish city in the top ten is Barcelona, which held in November a 71.1% occupancy. The average rate was 112 per room, 79 euros, and revenue per available room (RevPar) amounted to 80.15 euros. This ranks second to last both in terms of average rate as the RevPar.
