A total of ten schools teaching Spanish Andalusian attended the 'National Institutes VIII Encuentro Bilingual Spanish (ENIB)', with the support of Extenda-Trade Promotion Agency of Andalusia, an entity dependent on the Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Science.
The event, held the past 19 and 20 March in Veszprém, is organized by the Education Attaché in Hungary.
A total of ten schools teaching Spanish Andalusian attended the 'National Institutes VIII Encuentro Bilingual Spanish (ENIB)', with the support of Extenda-Trade Promotion Agency of Andalusia, an entity dependent on the Ministry of Economy, Innovation and Science. The event, held the past 19 and 20 March in Veszprém, is organized by the Education Attaché in Hungary. As indicated by the Board in a note, this action of promoting the teaching of Spanish has been conducted in coordination with the Association of Spanish Schools in Andalusia (AAEA) and the Business Promotion Office of the Board in Hungary.
The meeting's objective was to report the supply sector Andalusian teaching Spanish to teachers in bilingual schools in Hungary.
Also, the Andalusian delegation was composed of a number of sites, as Cervantes Escuela Internacional, Click International House, Giralda Center, Mediterranean Institute Sol, Spanish Institute AlbaycÃn, Debla, K2 Internacional, Malacca Malaga Project Yes and Spanish.
PROMOTION ACTIONS
Within ENIB, the Association of Spanish Schools in Andalusia and Extenda held a literary competition among school pupils in Hungary whose prize is to award four scholarships for summer study of Spanish language schools in Andalusia.
Scholarships are awarded the same schools where training will take place in order to promote the teaching of Spanish in Andalusia in the Hungarian market. In this edition, two of the students awarded last year shared their positive experience in Spain.
This contest has been held since the 2009 edition, the year in which Extenda helped organize this event, acting as an intermediary between the Education Attaché, Embassy of Spain in Hungary and the Association of Spanish Schools in Andalusia, manages the transfer of these grants by the community schools.
ENIB
ENIB was this year hosted by the school in Veszprém and was attended by hundreds of students and teachers of the seven institutes of bilingual education in Hungary. The presentation ceremony was attended by local politicians as well as Spain's ambassador in Hungary, the director of the Economic Office in the country and the aggregate of Education of the Embassy of Spain.
The meeting, which is an initiative of the Education Attaché in Hungary funded by the Ministry of Education and Science, held annually for eight years, and every once in a city of Hungary. According to reports from the Office of Business Development to expand in Budapest, this activity is valued by teachers and students of the seven sections of Spanish bilingual Hungarian country.
Also in this event, which celebrates the study of Spanish language and culture, they exchange experiences, show the initiatives taken in favor of Spanish and demonstrate the results obtained through academic competitions. Also new activities are scheduled this year.
