Iberostar Lamoraga open a new restaurant in the Grand Hotel Budapest

Iberostar Hotels & Resorts will open a new restaurant for late March in the hotel chain that hosts the Golden Mile in the Hungarian capital , in collaboration with the Lamoraga company, which has invested 500,000 euros in the project , according to the chain in a statement.
With this opening , the chain intends to " continue to innovate and improve its cuisine , a cornerstone within the company."
The new restaurant Lamoraga in Budapest will have a specific menu of dishes created by Spanish chefs awarded Michelin Stars in the attempt to provide " a unique gourmet experience " , combining high traditional Spanish cuisine with the most cutting-edge culinary techniques.
The Spanish catering company was born as a new concept of contemporary Spanish cuisine , which revolutionizes the classic Spanish tapas of the very best chefs.
The group wanted to show the trust Iberostar to develop new culinary project , explained CEO Miguel Narváez .
According to Narváez , the alliance seeks to develop the Spanish gastronomy with features that Lamoraga has given its culinary offerings .
This project is framed under the umbrella of ' Iberostar Chef' , a new concept around which all the culinary offerings of the company and encompasses all initiatives related to gastronomy.
